TO: ALL REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, SHARI'A DISTRICT COURTS, METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS AND SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURTS
SUBJECT: COURTS TO FURNISH THE DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS HOLD DEPARTURE ORDERS
To ensure that the court's HOLD DEPARTURE ORDERS are carried out effectively as embodied in Circular No. 38-94 dated June 6, 1994, all Judges are hereby directed to furnish the DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS the prepared list of all active and/or unrevoked HOLD DEPARTURE ORDERS AND/OR DECISIONS within 48 hours from receipt hereof, copy furnish this Office.
Furthermore, all HOLD DEPARTURE ORDERS AND/OR DECISIONS to be hereinafter issued by said courts should be furnished the DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS within 24 hours from the issuance thereof.
