RE: PROPOSED 2002 INTERNAL RULES OF THE COURT OF APPEALS

Acting on the recommendation of the Committee on Revision of the Rules of Court, the Court Resolved to APPROVED with modifications the 2002 Internal Rules of the Court of Appeals (IRCA).

These Rules shall take effect on August 22, 2002 following their publication in newspaper of general circulation.
