MUSLIM MINDANAO AUTONOMY ACT NO. 211
Begun and held in Cotabato City, on Monday, the nineteenth day of November, two thousand and seven.
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE DATU ANGGAL MIDTIMBANG MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DATU ANGGAL MIDTIMBANG, PROVINCE OF MAGUINDANAO, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Regional Legislative Assembly in session assembled:
. SECTION 1. There is hereby established the Datu Anggal Midtimbang Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Datu Anggal Midtimbang, Province of Maguindanao, to address the health and social services of its constituents.
SEC. 2.
The . hospital shall serve as one of the principal facilities in the province of Maguindano. It shall have a bed capacity of fifty (50).SEC. 3.
The hospital shall be under the jurisdiction of the Regional Department of Health – ARMM which is hereby authorized to organize the management and administration thereof in accordance with existing laws, rules and regulations.
SEC. 4.
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be taken out of the funds of the Regional Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Thereafter, its budget and appropriation shall be included in the budget proposal of the Autonomous Government for incorporation in the National and Regional Appropriations Acts.SEC. 5.
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.APPROVED.

which was passed by the Regional Assembly, Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao and forwarded to the Office of the Regional Governor on December 10, 2007, had lapsed into law as MMA Act No. .211 on January 11, 2008 pursuant to Section 17, Article VI of Republic Act 9054.
