RESOLUTION No. 6479

IN THE MATTER OF FURTHER EXTENDING THE DEADLINE FOR THE FILING OF THE CERTIFICATES OF CANDIDACY FOR ALL POSITIONS IN THE MAY 2004 NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTIONS AND THE EXTENSION OF THE DEADLINE TO FILE MANIFESTATIONS TO PARICIPATE IN THE PARTY LIST ELECTIONS

Promulgated: 18 December 2003

This pertains to the further extemsion of the deadline for the filing of the Certificates of Candidacy for all positions in the May 2004 national and local elections and the extension of the deadline to file Manifestations to participate in the Party List elections.

The Commission RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES to extend the deadline for the following:

	From	To
Filing of Certificates of Candidacy for all positions in the May 2004 National and Local elections	Jan. 2, 2004	Jan. 5, 2004
Deadline to file Manifestations to participate in the Party List election	Jan. 2, 2004	Jan. 11, 2004

All resolutions inconsistent herewith are deemed repealed.

Let the Office of the Executive Director implement this resolution and the Educaiton and Information Department publish the same in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.lªvvph¡1.ñét
