RESOLUTION No. 6388

IN THE MATTER OF EXTENDING THE DEADLINE FOR THE FILING OF THE CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY FOR ALL POSITIONS IN THE MAY 2004 NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTIONS

Promulgated: 28 October 2003

This pertains to the extension of the deadline for the filing of Certificate of Candidacy for all positions in the May 2004 National and Local elections.

The pertinent part of COMELEC Resolution No. 6325 promulgated 22 September 2003 reads:

Considering the foregoing, the Commission RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, to APPROVE the extension of the deadline for the filing of Certificate of Candidacy for all positions in the May 2004 National and Local elections from 15 December 2003 to 02 January 2004. All resolutions inconsistent herewith are deemed superseded.lªvvph¡1.ñét

Let the Executive Director implement this resolution and the Education and Information Department cause the publication of this resolution
