RESOLUTION No. 3370

IN THE MATTER OF THE "PRIMER ON THE SYSTEM OF CONTINUING REGISTRATION OF VOTERS" PURSUANT TO RA 8189

This pertains to the 22 October 2000 Memorandum of Atty. Ma. J. Angelina G. Matibag, Director IV, Education and Information Department, relative to the modification of the size of the picture layout and letter font of the previous draft "PRIMER ON THE SYSTEM OF CONTINUING REGISTRATION OF VOTERS" pursuant to RA 8189.

The Memorandum of Atty. Matibag reads as follows:

"Per verbal instruction to modify the size of the picture layout and letter font of the previous draft of the primer re: The Continuing Registration of Voters (RA 8189,) submitted earlier to the Commission En Banc, please find herewith a copy of the revised Primer in compliance with said instructions."

The Commission, after due deliberation, RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, to approve the printing for Three Million copies of the primer on the system of continuing registration of voters pursuant to RA 8189 consisting of ten (10) pages with the following specifications:

1. 5½" x 81/8"

2. book paper 60

3. 3 color cover

4. black and white inside paper

Let the Education and Information Department implement this resolution.
