REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10050
AN ACT RENAMING THE LILOAN BRIDGE IN THE LONE DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN LEYTE AS PRES. DIOSDADO P. MACAPAGAL BRIDGE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Liloan Bridge in the lone district of Southern Leyte shall hereafter be known as Pres. Diosdado P. Macapagal Bridge.
Section 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 20, 2010 and May 25,2009, respectively.
