REPUBLIC ACT No. 9345             June 5, 2006

AN ACT CONVERTING THE PANGLAO ISLAND CIRCUMFERENTIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PANGLAO AND DAUIS, INCLUDING THE AMBASSADOR PABLO SUAREZ BRIDGE IN THE SITIO UBOS-TOTULAN, TAGBILARAN CITY, PROVINCE OF BOHOL INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

SECTION 1. The Panglao Island Circumferential Road in the Municipalities of Panglao and Dauis, including the Ambassador Pablo Suarez Bridge in the Sitio Ubos-Totulan, Tagbilaran City, Province of Bohol, consisting of 37 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on April 5, 2006 and April 3, 2006, respectively.
