REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9205 April 20, 2003

AN ACT DECLARING THE THIRTY-FIRST (31ST) DAY OF JULY OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAGAY, PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN, TO BE KNOWN AS "SAGAY FOUNDATION DAY"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. July thirty-one of every year is hereby declared as a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Sagay, Province of Camiguin, to commemorate its foundation day anniversary.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
