REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9156       August 11, 2001

AN ACT CONVERTING THE SAN NARCISO VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NARCISO, PROVINCE OF QUEZON TO BONDOC PENINSULA TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The San Narciso Vocational High School in the Municipality of San Narciso, Province of Quezon is hereby converted to Bondoc Peninsula Technological Institute.

Section 2. The amount necessary for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the San Narciso Vocational High School. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continuous operation and maintenance of the Bondoc Peninsula Technological Institute shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which is a consolidation of House Bill No. 3273 and Senate Bill No. 2270 was finally passed by the House of Representatives and Senate on June 6, 2001 and June 5, 2001, respectively.
