[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6466, June 17, 1972 ]

AN ACT CREATING A BRANCH OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON, WITH PERMANENT STATION AT THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, SAME PROVINCE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There is hereby created a branch office of Register of the Deeds of the Province of Quezon, with permanent station at the Municipality of Gumaca, same province, which shall perform all the duties and functions of the register of deeds for the entire second congressional district of the said province which comprises the Municipalities of Agdangan, Alabat, Atimonan, Buenavista, Calauag, Catanauan, General Luna, Guinayangan, Gumaca, Lopez, Macalelon, Mulanay, Padre Burgos, Perez, Pitogo,Plaridel, Quezon, San Andres, San Francisco, San Narciso, Tagkawayan and Unisan.

Section 2. To carry out the provisions of this Act, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum, of thirty-eight thousand seventy pesos which shall be spent for the following:

(a) One deputy register of deeds P6,798.00
(b) One supervising clerk I 4,544.00
(c) Two clerks at P2,424.00 4,848.00 
(d) One cash clerk 2,560.00 
(e) One janitor-messenger 2,160.00 
(f) One laborer 2,160.00 
(g) Sundry expenses 15,000.00 
Total P38,070.00

Such sum as may be necessary for the same purpose in the subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1âшphi1
