CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND,LOCATED AT JP. LAUREL CORNER INIGO STREET, BAJADA HIGHWAY, DAVAO CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT No. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, " as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 12-535 (s. 2012) of the PEZA Board, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the ACI IT Business Centre, which stands on a parcel of land, located at J. P. Laurel Corner Inigo Street, Bajada Highway, Davao City, containing an area of One Thousand Eight Hundred Four (1,804) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 1999-B-7-C-1, PSD-11-027109, being a portion of Lot 1999-B-7-C, [LRC ] PSD-87990), situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao.
Bounded as follows: on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 1191-C-1 (LRC ) PSD-4287; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 1999-B-7-C-2 of the subdivision plan; on the SW., along lines 3-4-5 by Davao-Agusan National Road; on the NW., along lines 5-6-1 by Lot 1999-B- 6 (LRC) PSD-19233 (A. Iņigo Street).
Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being N. 58 deg. 19'W., 1,464.03 m. from Mon. No. 4, Davao Townsite, thence:
