[ Proclamation No. 1847, April 23, 1979 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, MAY 7, 1979, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO.

WHEREAS, the 39th foundation day of the City of San Pablo falls on May 7, 1979; and

WHEREAS, the people therein desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in the history of their city;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare May 7, 1979, as a special public holiday in the City of San Pablo.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
