RELEASING FROM THE OPERATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 34 DATED APRIL 11, 1917, OF THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS THE PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED THEREIN, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LIMAY, PROVINCE OF BATAAN, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES

WHEREAS, a petition has been filed for the release of the tract of land situated in Barrio Kitang, Limay, Bataan, covered by the Forest Station Site Reservation established under Executive Order No. 34 dated April 11, 1917;

WHEREAS, after a thorough investigation made by the Bureau of Forest Development, the area in question was found fully occupied by residents therein for residential purposes; and

WHEREAS, the Bureau of Forest Development does not need the said reservation and may find an alternate area;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and upon the recommendation of the Director of Forest Development and concurred in by the Minister of Natural Resources, do hereby release from the operation of Executive Order No. 34 dated April 11, 1917, and declare reverted to the public domain the parcel of land described therein situated in Limay, Bataan, to be certified for disposition under the Public Land Act.
