DECLARING SATURDAY, MARCH 4, 1972, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Saturday, March 4, 1972, as a special public holiday in the City of Puerto Princesa in commemoration of the 100th year of existence of Puerto Princesa.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
