MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 434, December 23, 1953 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 298 DATED DECEMBER 13, 1951, ENTITLED “RESERVING FOR TOWNSITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PADADA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO” By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 298, dated December 15, 1951, so as to place the parcels of land thereby reserved for townsite purposes under the administration, control and disposition of the Board of Liquidators pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 477.1âшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
