Proclamation No. 386

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIGOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject, to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Digos; Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Psd-30802, to wit:

Lot No. 1586-A, Psd-30802

—School Site)

A parcel of land (lot No. 1586-A of the subdivision plan Psd-30802, being a portion of lot No. 1586 of the cadastral survey of Sta. Cruz, G.L.R.O. cadastral record No. —), situated in the municipality of Digos, Province of Davao. Bounded on the N., E., and S., by lot No. 1586-B of the subdivision plan; and on the W., by provincial road. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 6° 27’ E., 735.85 meters from B.L.L.M. No. 2, Sta. Cruz cadastre No. 275; thence N. 3° 38’ E., 200 meters to point No. 2; thence S. 86° 22’ E., 350 meters to point No. 3; thence S. 3° 38’ W., 200 meters to point No. 4; thence N. 86° 22’ W., 350 meters to the point of beginning, containing an area of 70,000 square meters more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan are marked on the ground by P.L.S. cylindrical concrete monuments; bearings true; declination 2° 04′ E., date of the original survey, April, 1953—April, 1939 and that of the subdivision survey, April 17, 1950.
