AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 101, DATED OCTOBER 26, 1948, BY INCLUDING THE SECRETARY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE, THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, AND THE PRESIDENT, NATIONAL FEDERATION OF WOMEN’S CLUBS, IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE ON FISH CONSERVATION DAY.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend the composition of the National Committee on Fish Conservation Day provided in Proclamation No. 101, dated October 26, 1948, as follows:

NATIONAL COMMITTEE

1. The Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources Chairman
2. The Secretary of Education Member
3. The Secretary of National Defense Member
4. The Executive Secretary Member
5. The President, National Federation of Women’s Clubs Member
6. The Chief Scout Executive, Bey Scouts of the Philippines Member
7. A private citizen to be appointed by the President Member
8. Director of Fisheries Member and Executive Officer
