Proclamation No. 145

RESERVING FOR PLAZA SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BULAN, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for plaza site purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Bulan, Sorsogon, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Bulan, Province of Sorsogon, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan, SWO-22271, to wit:

"A parcel of land (Lot 5-New of the cadastral survey of Bulan, L.R.O. Cad. Record No. _____), situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Bulan, Province of Sorsogon. Bounded on the N., by Lot 2, Bulan Cadastre; on the E., by Lot 6316, Bulan Cadastre; on the S., by Roque Street; and on the W., by M-Lane Street. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 79° 01′ E., 16.33 m. from B.L.L.M. 1, Bulan Cad.; thence N. 3° 07′ W., 31.45 m. to point "2"; thence N. 84° 24′ E., 61.93 m. to point "3"; thence S. 7° 42′ E., 36.40 m. to point "4"; thence S. 88° 47′ W., 64.82 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of two thousand one hundred forty-five (2,145) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and 2, by P.L.S./B.L. Conc. Mons.; point 3, by B. L. Conc. Mon.; and point 4, by Stake; bearings true; declination 0° 55′ E.; date of the cadastral survey, Dec., 1929 ‑ June, 1933."
