MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 626 REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 25, DATED MAY 23, 1925, AND RESERVING THE PARCELS OF LAND COVERED THEREBY FOR INCINERATOR AND POUND PURPOSES. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby revoke Proclamation Numbered Twenty-five, dated May twenty-three, nineteen hundred and twenty-five, and reserve, pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred forty-one, as amended, for incinerator and pound purposes, under the administration of the City of Davao, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the City of Davao, island of Mindanao, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16563, to wit: Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16563, S. 76° 23′ W. 611.10 m., more or less, from Mon. 6, Davao Town site, thence N. 5° 03′ E. 62.28 m. to point 2; S. 63° 36′ E. 156.37 m. to point 3; S. 67° 22 W. 183.94 m. to point 4; S. 67° 22′ W. 4.28 m. to point 5; N. 19° 25′ E. 84.77 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 10,459 square meters. Point 5, P. C. concrete monument; and the rest are P. L. S./B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 1101; on the southeast, by lot No. 527; and on the northwest, by road. Bearings true. Declination 1° 50′ E. Bounded on the N. by lot No. 1218; on the SE., by lot No. 476-B of the subdivision plan; and on the SW., by lot No. 475-A of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 89° 47′ W., 643.90 m., more or less, from Mon. No. 6, Davao Cad. No. 102, thence N. 86° 26′ E., 9.00 m. to point "2"; thence S. 26° 18′ W., 9.09 m. to point "3"; thence N. 32° 51′ W., 9.03 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of thirty-five square meters (35), more or less. No. 102, thence S. 89° 04′ W., 20.77 m. to point "2"; thence N. 26° 18′ E., 20.55 m. to point "3"; thence S. 32° 51′ E., 21.52 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of one hundred ninety square meters (190), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, point "1" is marked by old concrete monument; and the rest, by P. L. S. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination 2° 09′ E.; date of the original survey, February, 1916-May, 1920 and that of the subdivision survey, April 6, 8 and 22, 1931. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 89° 44′ W., 634.92 m., more or less, from Mon. No. 6, Davao Cad. No. 102. thence S. 19° 48′ E., 92.20 m. to point "2"; thence S. 5° 05′-W., 57.32 m. to point "3"; thence S. 17° 19′ W., 83.15 m. to point "4" thence N. 64° 32′ W., 100.13 m. to point "5" thence N. 26° 18′ E., 171.32 m. to point "6" thence N. 89° 04′ E., 20.77 m. to point "7"; thence N. 32 51 W., 21.52 m. to point "8"; thence N. 26° 18′ E., 9.09 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of thirteen thousand seven hundred ninety-nine square meters (13,799), more or less.
