Proclamation No. 615

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MUNGUIA, MUNICIPALITY OF DUPAX, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Munguia, municipality of Dupax, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-4G3, to wit:

inning at point marked 1 on plan Mr—463, 81° S; E. 5,450.88 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 3, barrio of Malasin, municipality of Dupax, thence N. 14° 13′ E. 110.27 in. to point 2; S. 86° 44′ E. 108.59 m. to point 3; S. 12° 18′ W. 97.00 m. to point 4; S. 13° 05′ W. 24.84 m. to point 5; N. 85° 06′ W. 111.84 m. point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 13,130 square meters.

Point 1, 2 and 5, B. L. concrete monuments: points 3 and 1, old B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north by road; on the east, by properties of Filomeno Arsa and Pedro Soriano; on the south, by property of Simeon Mangaraay; and on the west, by property of Simeon Mangaraay.

Bearings true. Declination 0° 05’ E.

Points referred to are marked on plan Mr‑463.

NOTE.‑This survey is a portion of H-149956 as surveyed for Simeon Mangaraay.
