Proclamation No. 595

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LONOY, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF SAN GABRIEL, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Lonoy, municipal district of San Gabriel, Province of La Union, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-108434 (Swo-16411), to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-108434, S. 71° 44′ E. 10,961.50 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Lacong, municipal district of San Gabriel, thence S. 63° 37′ E. 75.35 m. to point 2; S. 56° 15′ W. 110.83 m. to point 3; S. 76° 47′ W. 144.12 m. to point 4; N. 5° 18′ W. 87.59 m. to point 5; N. 76° 44′ E. 177.78 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 17,594 square meters.

Point 3, nail on cross on tree; and the rest are P. L. S. stone monuments 20 x 20 x 60 cm.

Bounded on the northeast by property of Domingo Patilao; on the southeast, by public land (steep slope); and on the southwest and northwest, by property of Domingo Patilao.

Bearings true. Declination 0° 15’ E.
