RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAN FRANCISCO, MUNICIPALITY OF DUPAX, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of San Francisco, municipality of Dupax, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, island of Luzon and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-432, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-432, S. 7° 28’ E. 1,480.60 m., more or less from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Tabueng, municipality of Aritao, thence N. 18° 15’ W. 79.67 m. to point 2; N. 64° 30’ E. 76.06 m. to point 3; S. 13° 12’ E. 18.53 m. to point 4; S. 16° 05’ E. 38.22 m. to point 5; S. 17° 55’ E. 16.96 m. to point 6; S. 18° 25’ E. 16.91 m. to point 7; S. 72° 44’ W. 72.34 m. to point 1, of beginning.

Containing an area of 6,211 square meters.

Point 5, "X" on natural stone; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by properties of Juan Bautista, Placido Salonga, Serafin Ruiz and Andres Corpuz; on the southeast and southwest, by road and on the northwest, by road.

Bearings true. Declination 0° 27’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-432.
