Proclamation No. 587

RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal building site purposes. under the administration of the municipality of Pagadian, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga, island of Mindanao. and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16459 (Psm-972), to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16459, N. 85° 07′ W. 16.37 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1 (marked B.L.B.M. No. 1), municipality of Pagadian thence S. 77° 32′ W. 200.26 m. to point 2; N. 12° 23-W 209.78 to point 3; N. 77° 32′ E. 199.93 m. to point 4; S. 12° 29’ E. 209.80 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 41,978 square meters.

All corners are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by Apolinario Mabini Street; on the southeast, by Cayetano Arellano Street; on the southwest, by Ceferino Leon Street; and on the northwest, by Ceferino Leon Street; and on the northwest, by Manuel Araullo Street.

Bearings true. Declination 1° 50’ E.
