Proclamation No. 576

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BANGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF SANCHEZ-MIRA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Bangan, municipality of Sanchez-Mira, Province of Cagayan, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-411, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-411, S. 49° 30′ E., 4,288.00 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Sanchez-Mira, thence N. 28° 15′ E., 133.41 m. to point 2; S. 51° 06′ E., 97.22 m. to point 3; S. 29° 30′ W., 44.54 m. to point 4; S. 32° 25′ W., 75.01 m. to point 5; N. 59° 15′ W., 89.20 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 11,789 square meters.

Points 1, 2, 3 and 5, B. L. concrete monuments; point 4, nail on cross on ipil post above ground.

Bounded on the northeast by property of Patricio Aludino; on the southeast, by properties of Patricio Aludino and Juana Cuaresma; on the southwest, by national road, on the northwest, by property of Lazaro Tangonan.

Bearings true. Declinbation 0° 03’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-411.
