RESERVING FOR MARKET PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF MABITAC. PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Mabitac, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Mabitac, Province of Laguna, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-l5629, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15629, S. 86° 25′ W. 110.28 m., more or less, from B L. L. M. No. 1, Mabitac Cad. No. 190, thence N. 44° 52’ E 76.09 m. to point 2; S. 50° 29′ E.

7.66 m. to point 3; S. 51° 05 W. 24.79 m. to point 4; S. 40° 44′ W. 12.15m. to point 5, S. 56° 01′ W. 17.76 m. to point 6; S. 45° 01’ W. 23.21 m. to point 7; S. 46° 53′ W. 27.47 m. to point S; S. 37° 41’ W, 13.09 m. to point 9; S. 51° 08′ W 5.83 m. to point 10; N. 33° 00′ E. 6.63 m. to point 11; N. 43° 18’ E. 40.34 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 417 square meters.

Points 1, 2 and 11, B. L. concrete monuments; point 3 iron bar; and the rest are stakes.

Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 117; on the south east, by Mabitac River; and on the northwest, by Calle V. Fernandez.

Bearings true. Declination 0° 52’ E.
