MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 550 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF KADACLAN, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF NATONIN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Kadaclan, municipal district of Natonin, Mountain Province, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-107362, to wit: A parcel of land (Plan Psu-107362, G. L. R. O. Rec. No. ), situated in the barrio of Kadaclan, municipal district of Natonin, Mountain Province (subprovince of Bontoc), Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N. by the property of Tomas Tuñgao; on the NE. by property of Tomas Tamang; on the E., by the property of Tomas Tuñgao; on the SE., by the property of Langoet; on the S., by property of Chipa-an; and on the W., by the properties of Suguaran and Mandao & Manichoy (joint owners). Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 54° 25′ W., 11724.S6 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipal district of Natonin, thence S. 54° 52′ E., 86.71 m. to point "2": thence S. 0° 35′ E., 10.48 m. to point "3"; thence S. 0° 01′ E., 30.28 m. to point "4"; thence S. 66° 47’ W., 50.96 m. to point "5"; thence N. 87° 17’ W., 52.21 m. to point "6"; thence N. 23°33’ W., 10.26 m. to point "7"; thence N. 52° 56’ E., 32.40m. to point "8"; thence N. 18° 04’ E., 29.99 m. to point "9"; thence N. 27° 46’ W., 53.09 m. to point "10"; thence N. 79° 48’ E., 21.79 m. to the pint of beginning; containing an area of six thousand seven hundred ninety-three square meters (6,793) more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1," "2," "3," "4," "5," "6," "7," "9," and "10" are marked by P. L. S. stone monuments, 15 x 15 x 60 cms.; point "5" by X on tree, 40 cms. Diameter; point "8" by P. L. S. stone monument, 20 x 20 x 60 cms.; bearings true; declination 0° 35’ E.; date of survey, January 9-10 and December 19-20, 1938; and that of the approval, March 21, 1939.
