Proclamation No. 549

RESERVING FOR RADIO STATION SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PIKIT, MUNICIPALITY OF PIKIT, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for radio station site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Posts, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Pikit, municipality of Pikit. Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-467, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-467, N. 50° 49′ W., 356.17 m„ more or less, from Triangulation Station Pikit, Province of Cotabato, thence N. 38° 26’ E., 100.00 m. to point 2; S. 30°40′ E., 75.07 m. to point 3; S. 34° 40′ W., 101.06 m. to point 4; N. 31°24’ W., 81.84m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 7,309 square meters.

Points 1 and 4, B. L. concrete monuments; points 2 and 3, old B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by property of Fructuoso R. Camacho; on the southeast, by Pikit-Paidu-Pulangi Road; on the southwest, by property of the municipal government of Pikit (Pikit Cemetery); and on the northwest, by property of Fructuoso Camacho.

Bearings true. Declination 3°33’E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-467.
