MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 476 RESTORING TO THE NATIONAL RICE AND CORN CORPORATION THE ADMINISTRATION OF TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF DANSALAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, RESERVED FOR WAREHOUSE PURPOSES BY PROCLAMATION NO. 352, DATED DECEMBER 12, 1938. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, the administration of two parcels of the public domain situated in the barrio of Poblacion, municipality of Dansalan, Province of Lanao, Island of Mindanao, reserved for warehouse purposes by Proclamation Numbered Three hundred fifty-two, dated December twelfth, nineteen hundred and thirty-eight, is hereby restored to the National Rice and Corn Corporation. Proclamation Numbered Four hundred twelve, dated June twenty-third, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, transferring the administration of said parcels of the public domain from the National Rice and Corn Corporation to the National Warehousing Corporation, is hereby revoked. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the steal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
