MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 474 RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BUENAVISTA, MUNICIPALITY OF JETAFE, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, ISLAND OF BOHOL. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market site purposes, under the administration of the municipal council of Jetafe, Bohol, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in. the barrio of Buenavista, municipality of Jetafe, Province of Bohol, Island of Bohol, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-99746, to wit; Lot No. 1.—A parcel of land (lot No. 1, plan Psu-99746, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the sitio of Hunan, barrio of Buenavista, municipality of Jetafe, Province of Bohol. Bounded on the northeast by Tagemtim River (about 15 meters wide) ; on the southeast, by provincial road, 15 meters wide; on the southwest, by Bonot Bonot River (about 30 meters wide) ; and on the northwest, by Camotes Sea. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 8° 05′ W. 5,593.12 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Lapacan, municipality of Inabanga; thence S. 45° 52′ W. 69.02 m. to point "2;" S. 81° 41′ W. 3.87 m. to point "3;" N. 31° 40′ W. 96.57 m. to point "4;" N. 33″ 41′ W. 31.87 m. to point "5;" N. 42° 59′ E. 29.68 m. to point "6;" S. 46° 54′ E. 34.57 m. to point "7;" S. 52° 40′ E. 95.91 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of six thousand three hundred forty-nine (6,349) square meters, more or less. All points referred to ;:are indicated-on the plan; and on the ground, points "1," "2,"‘4,"" and "7" are marked by P. L. S. concrete monuments, 15 cm. diameter by 60 cm.; and points "3," "5," and "6" are points on shore. Bearings true; declination, 1° 35′ E.; date of survey, November 19, 1934; and that of the approval, March 6, 1935. Lot No. 2.—A parcel of land (lot No. 2, plan Psu-99746, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the sitio of Hunan, barrio of Buenavista, municipality of Jetafe, Province of Bohol. Bounded on the northeast by Tagemtim River (about 15 meters wide) ; on the southeast, by public land (manglar) ; on the southwest, by Bonot Bonot River (about 30 meters wide) ; and on the northwest, by provincial road, 15 meters wide. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 7° 56′ W. 5,584.43 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Lapacan, municipality of Inabanga; thence S. 65° 06′ E. 42.21 m. to point "2;" S. 35° 55′ W. 84.32 m. to point "3;" N. 52° 03′ E. 54.12 m. to point "4;" N. 45° 35′ E. 75.41 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of three thousand seven hundred seventy (3,770) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and, on the ground, are marked by P. L. S. concrete monuments, 15 cm. diameter by 60 cm. Bearings true; declination, 1° 35′ E.; date of survey, November 19, 1934; and that of the approval, March 6, 1935.
