Proclamation No. 464

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES FOUR PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF PADADA AND KIBULAN, MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA CRUZ, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Padada and Kibulan, municipality of Santa Cruz, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-408, to wit:

Lot No. 1 (barrio of Padada).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-408,- S.-73°–Q6~W.-1,089.32 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 136, Santa Cruz cadastre No. 275, thence N. 87° 32′ W. 82.16 m. to point 2; N. 7° 51′ E. 71.92 m. to point 3; N. 7° 59′ E. 92.84 m. to point 4; S. 87° 24′ E. 70.95 m. to point 5; S. 4° 02′ W. 163.92 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 1.2558 hectares.

Point 3, old P. L. B. concrete monument; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north, by road; on the east, by national highway; on the south, by lot No. 5549; and on the west, by lots Nos. 3 and 2.

Lot No. 2 (barrio of Padada).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-408, S. 78° 43′ W. 1,219.83 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 136, Santa Cruz cadastre No. 275, thence N. 4° 43′ E. 92.9& m. to point 2; S. 87° 30′ E. 87.05 m. to point 3; S. 7° 59′ W. 92.84 m. to point 4; N. 87° 50′ W. 81.78 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.7820 hectare.

Point 4, old P. L. S. concrete monument; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments.

Lot No. 3.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-408, S. 75° 34′ W. 1,239.60 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 136, Santa Cruz cadastre No. 275, thence N. 3° 27′ E. 70.19 m. to point 2; S. 87° 50′ E. 81.78 m. to point 3; S. 7° 51′ W. 71.92 m. to point 4; N. 86° 47′ W. 76.23 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.5602 hectare.

Point 3, old P. L. S. concrete monument; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north by lot No. 2; on the east, by lot No. 1; and on the south and west, by lot No. 5548.

Bearings true. Declination, 2° 30′ E.

S., Santa Cruz, Davao, thence S. 50° 59′ E. 220.18 m. to point 2; S. 40° 58′ W. 121.85 m. to point 3; N. 48° 31′ W. 122.96 m. to point 4; N. 0° 23′ E., 149.17 m. to point 1, point beginning.

Containing an area of 2.0317 hectares.

Points 1, 2, 3, and 4, B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast, southeast, and southwest, by lot "A" of plan Bsd-6872 (Vicente Fernandez) ; and on the west, by property of Manuel Delfino.

Bearings true. Declination, 2° 51′ E.
