RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF BARCELONA, ANIBUNGAN, AND SAN ROQUE, MUNICIPALITY OF LINGIG, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwsalth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Barcelona, Anibungan, and San Roque, municipality of Lingig, Province of Surigao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plans Mr-277, Mr-277-A, and Mr-277-B, to wit:

Mr-277, lot No. 2 (Barcelona School site).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plain Mr-277, which is identical with B. L. L. M. No. 2, municipality of Lingig, thence N. 86° 39′ E. 106.86 m. to point 2; S. 21° 20′ W. 92.37 m. to point 3; S. 82° 09′ W. 5403 m. to point 4; N. 12° 55′ W. 35.96 m. to point 5; N. 12° 28′ W. 53.38 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.6897 hectare.

Points 2, 3, 4, and 5, B. L. concrete monuments; points S and 4, on shore of Cateel Bay.

Bounded on the north and east by street; on the south, by Cateel Bay; and on the west, by street

No. 1, municipality of Lingig, thence N. 44° 12′ E. 75.52 m. to point 2; S. 35″ 28′ E. 38.27 m. to point 3; S. 2° 09′ E. 100.41 m. to point 4; S. 19° 48′ W. 32.84 m. to point 5; N. 40′ 33′ W. 11.50 m. to point 6; N. 31° 05′ W. 116.21 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.6975 hectare.

Points 1, 2, 4, and 6, B. L. concrete monuments; points 3 and 5, crosses on trees 1 m. above ground; points 1 and 2, on bank of Anibungan Creek; point 5, on bank of creek (no name).

Bounded on the northeast by property claimed by Dalmacio Galingan; on the east and southeast, by property claimed by Dalmacio Galingan; on the southwest, by creek (no name) and property claimed by Guillermo Daliap; and on the northwest, by Anibungan Creek.

No. 1, barrio of San Roque, municipality of Lingig, thence N. 27° 42′ E. 21.00 m. to point 2; N. 58° 23′ W. 23.46 m. to point 3; N. 30° 45′ E. 63.16 m. to point 4; S. 53° 22′ E. 30.67 m. to point 5; S. 8° 32′ E. 46.86 m. to point 6; N. 84° 58′ E. 43.44 m. to point 7; S. 15° 48′ W. 47.36 m. to point 8; S. 75° 27′ W. 32.96 m. to point 9; N. 60° 29′ W. 59.89 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.6174 hectare.

Points 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, and 9, B. L. concrete monuments; points 4 and 6, crosses on trees; point 2, stone; points 7, 8, and 9, on bank of Bagang Creek.

Bounded on the northeast by properties claimed by Gregorio Rosada and Francisco Gonzales; on the southeast, by Bagang Creek; on the southwest, by street (no name) and property claimed by the Roman Catholic Chapel; and on the northwest, by street (no name).
