Proclamation No. 440

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MANGA, MUNICIPALITY OF KOLAMBUGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Manga, municipality of Kolambugan, Province of Lanao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psm-929, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psm-929, S. 15° 19′ W. 6,593.57 m., more or less, from triangulation station Misamis Astro. Ecc, thence N. 84° 15′ E. 104.54 m. to point 2; S. 6° 39′ E. 108.21 m. to point 3; S. 88° 05′ W. 105.05 m. to point 4; N. 6° 38′ W. 66.30 m. to point 5; N. 6° 24′ W. 34.89 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 10,957 square meters.

Points 1, 2, and 5, B. L. concrete monuments; points 3 and 4, B. L. stone monuments.

Bounded on the north by property of Bawi (Mora); on the east, by property of Canuto Palabas; on the south, by property of Bawi (Mora); and on the west, by properties of Bawi (Mora) and Teodoro Astillero.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 44′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Psm-929.
