RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES OF A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CENTRAL, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TUBLAY, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Central, municipal district of Tublay, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psm-875, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psm-875, N. 35° 17′ E. 273.08 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipal district of Tublay, thence S. 88° 04′ E. 34.05 m. to point 2; S. 32° 51′ W. 95.87 m. to point 3; N. 76° 00′ W. 145.54 m. to point 4; N. 42° 55′ E. 0.78 m. to point 5; N. 28° 21′ E. 45.76 m. to point 6; N. 8° 15′ E. 38.39 m. to point 7; N. 28° 50′ W. 23.39 m. to point 8; N. 62° 14′ E. 10.52 m. to point 9; N. 82° 35′ E. 65.73 m. to point 10; S. 9° 08′ E. 27.33 m. to point 11; N. 61° 51′ E. 49.35 m. to point 12; S. 35° 20′ E. 35.73 m. to point 13; S. 0° 32′ W. 33.37 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 18,175 square meters.
Point 3, cross on tree; point 4, cross on stone; point 10, old cross on stone; point 11, stake; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.
Bounded on the northeast by properties of Teofilo Tibong and Tainan Tangin; on the southeast and southwest, by public land; on the west, by property of Marcus; and on the northwest, by properties of Marcus and Teofilo Tibong.
Bearings true. Declination, 0° 44′ E.
