Proclamation No. 413

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONCEPCION, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Concepcion, Province of Iloilo, Island of Panay, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15530, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15530, S. 11° 54′ W. 364.37 m., more or less, from. (B. L. L. M. No. 1), B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Concepcion, municipality of San Dionisio, thence S. 61° 33′ E. 83.95 m. to point 2; S. 30′ 24′ W. 212.38 m. to point 3; N. 48° 42′ W. 86.30 m. to point 4; N. 30° 39′ E. 193.22 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 17,104 square meters.

Points 1 and 2, P. L. S./B. L. concrete monuments; points 3 and 4, stakes.

Bounded on the northeast by property of Eladio Panis; on the southeast, by public land; on the southwest, by sapa; and on the northwest, by property of Florentine Azucena.

Bearings true. Declination, 2’° 00′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15530.
