RESERVING FOR WATERSHED PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF NAVALAS, MUNICIPALITY OF AJUY, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale of settlement and reserve for watershed purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Ajuy, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Navalas, municipality of Ajuy, Province of Iloilo, Island of Panay, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-392, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-392, S. 78° 24′ W. 3,475.15 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Ajuy, thence S. 68° 18′ E. 282.32 m. to point 2; S. 9° 06′ E. 102.72 m. to point 3; S. 14° 10′ W. 183.86 m. to point 4; S. 11° 20′ E. 178.68 m. to point 5; S. 34° 52′ W. 133.34 m. to point 6; S. 36° 58′ W. 65.17 m. to point 7; N. 78° 34′ W. 104.91 m. to point 8; S. 69° 18′ W. 126.62 m. to point 9; S. 74° 07′ W. 195.20 m. to point 10; N. 66° 40′ W. 193.67 m. to point 11; N. 70° 00′ W. 84.58 m. to point 12; N. 65° 30′ W. 224.96 m. to point 13; S. 62° 07′ W. 29.20 m. to point 14; N. 59° 37′ W. 91.40 m. to point 15; N. 23° 32′ E. 171.66 m. to point 16; N. 72° 14′ E. 136.91 m. to point 17; N. 20° 22′ E. 210.85 m. to point 18; N. 47° 06′ E. 122.35 m. to point 19; N. 70° 22′ E. 34.66 m. to point 20; N. 70° 55′ E. 219.59 m. to point 21; S. 64° 14′ E. 83.90 m. to point 22; N. 74° 42′ E. 150.05 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 613,094 square meters.
Point 1, old B. L. concrete monument; points 5, 6, und 7, galvanized iron spikes on "X" on trees; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments.
Bounded on the north by public land and property of Gregorio Artacho; on the east, by public land; on the south, by public land; and on the northwest, by public land.
Bearings true. Declination, 1° 36′ E.
