RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BATAS, MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF BATAS.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Batas, municipality of Taytay, Province of Palawan, Island of Batas, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-324-A, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-324-A, N. 51° 41′ E. 199.44 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 12, barrio of Batas, municipality of Taytay, thence N. 51° 26′ E. 93.13 m. to point 2; S. 45° 09′ E. 89.40 m. to point 3; S. 43° 02′ W. 31.55 m. to point 4; N. 76° 15′ W. 118.05 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 5,759 square meters.

Points 1 and 4, old B. L. concrete monuments; and the rest are P. L. S. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.

Bounded on the northeast by public land; on the southeast, by Taytay Bay; on the southwest, by lot No. 3 of plan Mr-324; and on the northwest, by public land.

Bearing’s true. Declination, 1° 24′ E.
