MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 370 RESERVING FOR WATERSHED PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BAD-AS, MUNICIPALITY OF PLACER, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for watershed purposes, under the administration of the Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Bad-as, municipality of Placer, Province of Surigao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan lr-459, to wit: Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-459, S. 54° 15′ W. 3,535.33 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Bad-as, municipality of Placer, thence S. 23° 59′ E. 100.24 m. to point 2; S. 56° 59′ E. 93.42 m. to point. 3; S. 71° 18′ W. 59.89 m. to point 4; N. 82° 05′ W. 144.40 m. to point 5; N. 55° 55′ E. 67.19 m. to point 6; N. 14° 38′ E. 64.41 m. to point 7; S. 51° 07′ W. 135.92 m. to point 8; N. 35° 46′ W. 98.34 m. to point 9; S. 72° 22′ E. 13.24 m. to point 10; S. 54° 51′ W. 131.61 m. to point 11; S. 64° 46′ E. 57.22 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 2.3775 hectares. Points 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11, crosses cut on trees; points 3, 5, and 9, B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the northeast by lots Nos. 1 and 6 of plan Psi-17; on the southeast, by property of Ruperto Ormega and lot No. 7 of plan Psi-17; on the south, by public land and lot No. 7 of plan Psi-17; on the southwest, by public land; and on the northwest, by lot No. 8 of plan Psi-17. Bearings true. Declination, 1° 02′ E. Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-459. Surveyed: June 17-21, 1938. Approved, August 20, 1938.
