MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclaimation No. 331 RESERVING FOR PLAZA, LANDING, AND MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN DIONISIO, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for plaza, landing, and municipal building site purposes, under the administration of the municipality of San Dionisio, Iloilo, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the municipality of San Dionisio, Province of Iloilo, Island of Panay, particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15220, to wit: Lot No. 1 (plaza).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15220, S. 87° 20′ E. 150.50 m. from corner of Aglipayan Church, thence N. 51° 41′ E. 76.50 m. to point 2; S. 34° 41′ E. 105.40 m. to point 3; S. 53° 41′ W. 98.30 m. to point 4; N. 22° 42′ W. 105.70 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 9,071 square meters. All corners are stone monuments. Bounded on the northeast by properties of Gabino Aldegero and Ramon Delis; on the southeast, by Calle Real; on the southwest, by Calle Arceo; and on the northwest, by Calle Rizal. Lot No. 3 (landing).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15220, S. 43° 03′ E. 27.10 m. from corner of Aglipayan Church, thence N. 53° 58′ E. 16.30 m. to point 2; S. 40° 33′ E. 32.80 m. to point 3; S. 47° 02′ W. 17.90 m. to point 4; N. 37° 53′ W. 34.80 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 577 square meters. Points 1 and 4, stone monuments; points 2 and 3, stakes. Bounded on the northeast by Concepcion Bay; on the southeast, by property of Clonans Caster; on the southwest, by Calle Taft; and on the northwest, by property of E. Juaniza. Lot No. 4 (municipal building site).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15220, N 74° 35’ E. 236.00 m. from corner of Aglipayan Church, thence N. 48° 50’ E. 95.40 m. to point 3; S 16° 16’ W 57.50 m. to point 4; N. 60° 57′ W. 41.20 m. to point 5; N 41° 56′ W. 90.10 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 8,627 square meters. All corners are stone monuments. Bounded on the northeast by Calle Arceo; on the southeast, by Calle Real; on the southwest, by property of Apolinario Hipolito; and on the northwest, by Calle Rizal. Bearings true.
