RESERVING FOR OFFSHORE PATROL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for offshore patrol purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following described parcel of the public domain, situated in the City of Cebu, Island of Cebu, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-455, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-455, N. 45° 17′ E. 1,031.86 m. more or less from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Cebu, thence N. 61° 41′ W. 75.00 m. to point 2; N. 28° 19′ E. 113.01 m. to point 3; S. 61° 41′ E. 75.02 m. to point 4; S. 28° 19′ W. 113.01 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 8,478 square meters.
Bounded on the northeast, southeast, southwest and northwest, by proposed street.
Bearings true. Declination 1° 22′ E.
Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-455.
Surveyed: February 16-17, 1938.
Approved: March 22, 1938.
NOTE.—All corners are B. L. concrete cylindrical monuments 15 by 60 cm.
This survey is situated in the former barrio of Tejero, municipality of Cebu.
