ESTABLISHING AS TIBIANG-DOMAGONDONG WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE FOR FOREST PROTECTION AND TIMBER PRODUCTION THE PARCEL OF PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighteen hundred and twenty-six of Act Numbered Twenty-seven and eleven, known as the Revised Administrative Code 1, I Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, hereby reserve for forest protection and timber production, and withdraw from entry, sale, or settlement, subject to private rights if any there be, the following parcel of land situated in the municipality of Guinayangan, province of Tayabas, Island of Luzon, and described in Bureau of Forestry map No. F. R.-81, to wit:

Beginning at corner 1 on Bureau of Forestry map No. F. R.-81, a pili tree, 40 cm. in diameter, marked F. Z. 1950/ 43, identical to the southeast corner of 1714, which is N. 43° E., about 1,200 meters from M. B. M. No. 17, Lopez, Tayabas; thence following Domagondong River upstream in general southeasterly direction, 690 meters to corner 2, a dalinsi tree, 30 cm. in diameter, marked F. R. 1970/10, on the east bank of Domagondong River; thence following Domagondong River upstream in general southeasterly direction, 520 meters, to corner 3, a Eugenia sp. tree, 40 cm. in diameter, marked F. R. 1970/20, on the west bank of Domagondong River; thence following Domagondong River upstream in general southeasterly direction, 670 meters to corner 4, a Eugenia special tree, 30 cm. in diameter, marked F. Corners 1 and 13 to 15 were marked with the official marking hatchet No. B, F. 50; and comers 2 to 12. with B. F. 223.

Containing an area of approximately 280 hectares.

The said parcel of land shall be known as the "Tibiang-Domagondong Watershed Forest Reserve" and shall remain under the administration of the Bureau of Forestry, which shall have authority to regulate the use and occupancy of this reserve, and the cutting, collection, and removal timber and other forest products therein in accordance with the Forest Law and Regulations.
