Proclamation No. 289

RESERVING FOR HEALTH RESORT PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF TAGBUROS, MUNICIPALITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonweatlh Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for health resort purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Puerto Princesa, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Tagburos, municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-387, to wit:

Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-387, N. 19° 03’ W. 2,153,95 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Tagburos, municipality of Puerto Princesa, thence N. 75° 13’ W. 101. 11 m. to point 2; N. 16° 02’ E. 157.33 m. to point 3; S. 75° 26ŽE. 101.24 m. to point 4; S. 16° 04’ W. 157.69 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 1.5931 hectares.

Points 1, 2, 3 and 4, B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast, by property of Vicente Palanca; on the southeast and southwest, by public land; and on the northwest, by provincial road.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 30 ‘ E.
