RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SANTA TERESA, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF MINDORO, ISLAND OF MINDORO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Santa Teresa, municipality of San Jose, Province of Mindoro, Island of Mindoro, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-373, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-373, N. 21° 25’ W. 213.65 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 57, municipality of San Jose, thence N. 13° 07’ W. 45.40 m. to point 2; N. 14° 06’ W. 24.25 m. to point 3; N. 75° 31’ E. 76.01 m. to point 4; S. 14° 46’ E. 25.96 m. to point 5; S. 14° 46’ E. 44.01 m. to point 6; S. 75° 46’ W. 77.60 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 5,352 square meters.

All corners are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 m.

Bounded on the northeast, by properties of Lucio Endencia and Zoila Endencia; on the southeast, by property of Zoila Endencia; on the southwest, by properties of Zoila Endencia and Lucio Endencia; and on the northwest, by property of Lucio Endencia.

Bearing true. Declination, 1° 25’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-373.
