MALACAÑAN PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 276 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN CAMANGCAMANG AND CABCAB, MUNICIPALITY OF ISABELA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, ISLAND OF NEGROS. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Camangcamang and Cabcab, municipality of Isabela, Province of Negros Occidental, Island of Negros, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-12305, to wit: Lot No. 1 (barrio of Camangcamang)-Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-12305, S. 76° 23’ W. 1,143.47 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 8, Isabela cadastre, thence, S. 60° 34’ E. 116.53 m. to point 2; S. 22° 14’ E. 90.25 m. to point 3; S. 52° 07’ E. 132.47 m. to point 4; S. 70° 48’ W. 232.24 m. to point 5; N. 75° 23’ W. 114.80 m. to point 6; N. 77° 33’ E. 201,59 m. to point 7; N. 31° 13’ W. 274.50 m. to point 8; S. 76 76° 20’ E. 36.65 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 30,222 square meters. Points 1, 2, 7, and 8, B. L. concrete monuments; points 3, 4, and 6 stakes; point 5, old monument. Bounded on the northeast, by lots Nos. 8, 9, and 1459 of Isabela cadastre; on the south, by lot No. 1 of Isabela cadastre; and on the west, by lot No. 6 of Isabela cadastre. Bearings true. No. 3, Isabela cadastre, thence S. 43° 02’ W. 72.99 m. to point 2; N. 77° 05’ W. 44.23 m. to point 3; N. 7° 42’ e. 85.76 m. to point 4; S. 62° 59’ E. 91.40 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 5,095 square meters. Points 1 and 2, B. L. concrete monuments; points 3 and 4, trees. Bounded on the northeast, by lot No. 556 of Isabela cadastre; on the southeast, by lot No. 1428 of Isabela cadastre; on the south, by lot No. 555 of Isabela cadastre; and on the west, by lot No. 555 of Isabela cadastre.
