Proclamation No. 245

RESERVING FOR RAILROAD PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PLARIDEL, MUNICIPALITY OF ATIMONAN, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for railroad purposes, under the administration of the Manila Railroad Company, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Plaridel, municipality of Atimonan, Province of Tayabas, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psd-13108, to wit:

Lot No. 9569-A.—A parcel of land (lot 9569-A of the subdivision plan Psd-13108, being a portion of lot No. 9569 of the cadastral survey of Atimonan, G.L.R.O. Cadastral Record No. 1019), situated in the barrio of Plaridel, municipality of Atimonan, Province of Tayabas. Bounded on the the NE. by Lamon Bay; on the SE. by lot 9569-B of the subdivision plan; on the SW, by provincial road; and on the NW. by lots Nos. 8184 and 8149, Atimonan cadaster. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N.75° 20’ W., 668.60 meters, more or less, from M.B.M. No. 1 Atimonan, cadaster; thence No. 36° 14’ E., 23.64 m. to point 2; thence S. 75° 24’ E., 139.86 m. to point 3; thence S. 75° 21’ E., 35.24m. to point 4; thence S. 14° 37’ W., 14.42 m to point 5; thence N.78° 17’ W., 33.82 m. to point 6; thence N. 82° 07’ W., 79.90 m. to point 7; thence N.81° 16’ W., 47.97 m. to point 8; thence N. 84° 12’ W., 21.28m to point 9; thence N.5° 11’ E., 11.84 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of four thousand one hundred thirty-three (4,133) square meters, more less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points 1, 8, and 9 are marked by old B.L. concrete monument, 15 cm. diameter by 60 cm; point 2 by old monument; points 3, 6, and 7 by old stakes; and points 4 and 5 by P.L. S./M. R. concrete monuments, 15 cm. diameter by 60 cm. Bearing true; declination, 0° 54’ E.; date of the original survey, July, 1923—June, 1926; and that of the subdivision survey, January 20 and 21, 1937.
