Proclamation No. 244

RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CENTRAL, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF ITOGON, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal building site purposes, under the administration of the municipal district of Itogon, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio central, municipal district of Itogon, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psm-634, to wit:

Beginning at point marked 1 on plan Psm-634, N. 44° 48’ W. 49.66 m. from B.L.B.M. No. 1, barrio of Central, municipal district of Itogon, thence S. 69° 10’ e. 40.65 m. to point 2; S. 73° 18’ E. 11.52 m. to point 3; S. 26° 24’ W. 59.30 m. to point 4; S. 37° 16’ W.58.67 m. to point 5; N. 46° 46’ W. 71.08 m. to point 6; N.43° 11’ E. 94.49m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 6,665 square meters.

Points 5 and 6, B.L. concrete monuments; and the rest are old B.L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.

Bounded on the northeast, by property of Maria F. Carantes and municipal road; on the southeast, by properties of Maria F. Carantes and Vicente Saniel; on the southwest, by property of Vicente Saniel; and on the northwest, by public land.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 23’E.
