MALACAÑAN PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 91 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PLARIDEL, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw form sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the Barrio of Lo-oc, Municipality of Plaridel, Province of Misamis Occidental, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-95787, to wit: Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-95787, S. 48ْ 52’ E. 2,217.89 cm., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Plaridel, thence N. 46ْ 57’ W. 120.12 m. to point 2; N. 39ْ 37’ E. 82.69 m. to point 3; S. 50ْ 22’ E. 47.32 m. to point 4; S. 52ْ 03’ E. 43.48 m. to point 5; S. 49ْ 52’ E. 39.71 m. to point 6; S. 46ْ 16’ W. 91.40 to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 10,886 square meters. Points 1 to 6, inclusive, P. L. S. concrete monuments. Bounded on the northeast, by properties of Laureano Sisi, Eustaquia Bollefer, and Teodoro Dumalagan; on the southeast, by property of Teodoro Dumalagan; and on the southwest and northwest, by property of Fortunato Clavano.
