RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF BULUAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the Municipal District of Buluan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-147-A, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-147-A, S. 35ْ 17’ E. 40.05 m. from B. L. L. M. S. concrete monuments; point 17, old B. L. concrete monuments; point 18, nail in cross on wire fence post; points 19 and 20, old P. L. S. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.

Bounded on the northeast, by properties of Hadji Baguñgab Pandita, the Government of the Philippine Islands (the Philippine Constabulary), Purificacion Pablo and Tempoloc Musa (Moro); on the east, by Buluan River and property of Purificacion Pablo; on the south, by properties of Purificacion Pablo; on the south, by properties of Purificacion Pablo, Tempoloc Musa (Moro), Purification Pablo, and Gavino Tongo; on the west, by properties of Tempoloc Musa (Moro), Purificacion Pablo, and Gavino Tongo; and on the northwest, by properties of Buluan Settlement Farm Extension (Bureau of Education), the municipal district of Buluan, Buluan Settlement Farm (Bureau of Education), and the Government of the Philippine Islands (the Philippine Constabulary).

Bearings true. Declination, 1ْ 35’E.
