MALACAÑAN PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 46 RESERVING FOR RAILROAD PURPOSES, TWO PARCELS OF LAND IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUIMBA, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for railroad purposes, under the administration of the Manila Railroad Company, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Naglabrahan, Municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described in Bureau of Lands plans Psd-4957 and Psd-4958, to wit: A parcel of land (lot No. 496-A of the subdivision plan Psd-4957, being a portion of lot No. 496, of the cadastral survey of Guimba, G. L. R. O. Cadastral Record No. 399), situated in the barrio of Naglabrahan, municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija. Bounded on the northeast, by property of the Manila Railroad Company, lot No. 2871-A of plan (Psd-4958); on the southeast, by lot No. 496-B of the subdivision plan (Psd-4957); on the southwest, by property of the Manila Railroad Company, lot No. 497-A of plan (Psd-4956); and on the northwest, by lot No. 496-C of the subdivision plan (Psd-4957). Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 23ْ 48’ W. 916.98 meters from M. B. M. No. 7, municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija, thence S. 8ْ 39’ E. 33.54 m. to point "2" ; thence S. 54ْ 59’ W. 14.93 m. to point "3"; thence N. 12ْ 16’ W. 32.57 m. to point "4"; N. 54ْ 59’ E. 17.23 m. to the point of beginning. Containing an area of four hundred eighty-three (483) square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points 1-4, inclusive, are marked by P. L. S./M. R. concrete monuments 18 cm. diameter by 72 cm. Bearings true; declination, 0ْ 42’ E.; date of the original survey, November, 1919-February, 1922; and that of the subdivision survey, April 10-July 31, 1928. A parcel of land (lot No. 2871-A of the subdivision plan Psd-4958, being a portion of lot No. 2871, of the cadastral survey of Guimba, G. L. R. O. Cadastral Record No. 399), situated in the barrio of Naglabrahan, municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija. Bounded on the northeast, by property of the Manila Railroad Company, lot No. 740-A of plan (Psd-4959); on the southeast, by lot No. 2871-B of the subdivision plan (Psd-4958); on the southwest, by property of the Manila Railroad Company, lot No. 496-A of plan (Psd-4957); and on the northwest, by lot No. 2871-C of the subdivision plan (Psd-4958). Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 23ْ 48’ W. 916.98 meters from M. B. M. No. 7, municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija, thence N. 54ْ 59’ E. 52.61 m. to point "2"; thence S. 12ْ 54’ E. 32.41m. to point "3"; thence S. 54ْ 59’ W. 55.30 m. to point "4"; thence N. 8ْ 39’ W. 33.54 m. to the point of beginning. Containing an area of one thousand six hundred twenty-one (1,621) square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points 1-4, inclusive, are marked by P. L. S./ M. R. concrete monuments 18 cm. diameter by 72 cm. Bearings true; declination, 0ْ 42’ E.; date of the original survey, November, 1919-February, 1922, and that of the subdivision survey, April 10-July 31, 1928.
