RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF LAND IN THE BARRIO OF COLONIA, MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, ISLAND OF BOHOL.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation Numbered Twenty-nine, series of nineteen hundred and twenty-two, and reserve, pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Colonia, Municipality of Carmen, Province of Bohol, Island of Bohol, and more particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-340, to wit:
Lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-340, N. 44ْ 30’ E. 5,308.75 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No.2, barrio of Buenavista, municipality of Carmen, thence S. 57 ْ50’ E. 114.47 m. to point 2; S. 26 ْ39 W’ 167.40 m. to point 3; N. 58 ْ00’ W. 61.90 m. to point 4; North 118.61 m. to point 5; 27 ْ24’ E. 66.64 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 16,522 square meters.
Bounded on the northeast, southeast, and southwest, by roads; on the west, by lot No. 2; and on the northwest, by lot No. 204.1âwphi1
Lot No. 2.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-340, N. 45 ْ27’ E. 5,156.78 m., more or less from B. L. B. M. No. 2, barrio of Buenavista, municipality of Carmen, thence North 80.29 m. to point 2; N. 27 ْ24’ E. 32.73 m. to point 3; South 118.61 m. to point 4; N. 58 ْ00’ W. 17.75 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 1,498 square meters.
Points 1 and 2, B. L. concrete monuments.
Bounded on the east, by lot No. 1; on the southwest, by road; on the west, by lot No. 3; and on the northwest, by road.
Lot No. 3.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr.-340 N. 45 ْ27’ E. 5,156.78 m., more or less from B. L. B. M. No. 2, barrio of Buenavista, municipality of Carmen, thence N. 58 ْ00’ W. 37.01 m. to point 2; N. 27 ْ24’ E. 68.20 m. to point 3; South 80.29 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 1,261 square meters.
Points 1 and 3, B. L. concrete monuments.
Bounded on the east, by lot No. 2; and on the southwest and northwest, by public land.
Bearings true. Declination 1 ْ35’ E.

NOTE.—Lot No. 1==Lot No. 164 of Carmen, P. L. S. cadastre No. 26 but are portions of II-14153 as surveyed for the Bohol Agricultural Colony.
Lots Nos. 2 and 3 are outside of Carmen P. L. S. cadastre No. 26 but are portions of II-14153 as surveyed for the Bohol Agricultural Colony.
All corners not otherwise described are old B. L. concrete monuments 15 by 60 cms.
